This is a comprehensive well written and easy to follow reference book.
It is a compact but surprisingly detailed book that covers all aspects of rheumatology from clinical assessment of a patient to some of the less common conditions such as Gauchers disease.

The book starts with general aspects of musculoskeletal management including assessment and investigations; Regional anatomy and conditions and organ involvement in rheumatological disease.

There are then chapters on the various groupings within rheumatology including RA, connective tissue disease’s and spondylarthropathies.
They have included discussion on medications including dose regimes, advice to patients and side effects.

I would recommend this book to anyone as essential for all staff.
