BSR Young Investigator Award
Introduced in 2000, the extremely popular Young Investigator Awards are supported by an educational grant from Schering Plough.
Entrants should submit a piece of research of which they are the first author. It should include an imaginative hypothesis with results that could advance knowledge within the field.
Applications must be submitted as an abstract via the on-line abstract submission system.
You will be asked to complete an online application form to accompany your abstract submission.
Up to six winners will each receive:

Complimentary registration to the BSR Annual Conference 2009

Publication of the winning abstract in the BSR journal Rheumatology

The opportunity to present the research (either orally or by poster) at the BSR Annual Meeting
Submission Deadline
The deadline for the submission of abstracts is 28 November 2008 at 23:59. Please note that the abstract site will close at 0:00 and abstracts will not be accepted after this time.

Open to any scientist of non-career grade working in the field of rheumatology.
