Your application must be proposed and seconded by two existing members of BSR. Please contact subscriptions@rheumatology.org.uk if you have any queries about finding a proposer.

Applications will be considered by the BSR Executive, which meets four times a year. Please ensure your form is received at least 21 days before the date of the next Executive meeting.
