Arthritis Care writing competition

Deadline: 12 noon on Monday 30 June 2008.
People with arthritis are encouraged to enter the 2008 Arthritis Care creative writing competition. The theme is Living your Dreams. The competition is looking for either a poem or short story that shows how you have taken control of your arthritis to do something that is important to you. It might be a visit to an old friend, or a walk with the dog to a breathtaking viewpoint.
There are two categories: young people aged 13-18 and adults. The prize for the young person's competition is an iPod and the adult prize is a five-day residential writing course with the Arvon Foundation.
