In April 2020, Parliament's Health and Social Care Select Committee launched an inquiry into delivering core NHS and care services during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. Interested stakeholders were invited to submit evidence for the committee to consider as part of this process.

Our submission covers how to address the balance between COVID-19 and ordinary health and care needs, addressing service needs that have been delayed during the pandemic, and how to translate adaptations made out of necessity in to new everyday best practice.

We've also highlighted projects such as the Best Practice Award winning Northern Devon model, and how innovation within rheumatology practice can help the NHS return towards normality in the months ahead.
