Our Mentoring Masterclasses will provide you with the skills you need to ensure success in your mentoring relationship. It will also give you the opportunity to meet other participants, explore and share the mentoring learning experience through interactive, learner-focused discussion, allowing time for reflection and feedback.

The masterclasses are free to attend and are open to all mentors and mentees taking part in our mentoring scheme. Travel expenses will be covered if booked with us (booking form will be provided). Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. 

 

The afternoon workshop will introduce you to developmental mentoring which will help both mentee and mentor get the most out of the mentoring relationship.

Objectives:

  • The roles of mentor and mentee

  • How to establish and manage expectations

  • How to deal with potential challenges during a mentoring relationship

  • Unconscious bias in mentoring
