Join us for an interactive mentoring session designed to provide you with all the skills you need to ensure success.

Our mentoring masterclasses, run by experienced mentoring coordinator and coach Alexis Hutson, provide you with the skills you need to ensure success in your mentoring relationship.

Masterclasses give you the opportunity to meet other participants, explore and share the mentoring learning experience through interactive, learner-focused discussion, allowing time for reflection and feedback.

Masterclasses are open to all current and potential mentees and mentors signed up to our mentoring scheme.

Events are free to attend. Travel expenses are covered – please contact us for a booking form. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Objectives

This masterclass will introduce you to developmental mentoring, which helps both mentee and mentor get the most out of the mentoring relationship. You will have a clear understanding of:

  • The roles of mentor and mentee

  • How to establish and manage expectations

  • How to deal with potential challenges during a mentoring relationship

  • Unconscious bias in mentoring

Please notify us in advance if you are unable to attend. While we will pay your travel costs and the training fee, we will charge a 'no-show' fee of £60 if you book and do not attend without informing us.
