To finish off an amazing year, we claimed the awards for 'HR Team of the Year, SME' and 'Best Sustainable Conference'.
As we finished 2023 and geared up for the next, our mission stayed the same: to keep recognising and contributing to excellence in rheumatology. We aim to continually extend our values of collaboration, leadership, sustainability, and inclusivity beyond our internal team, fostering these principles to the members that we serve.

Winner - Best small organisation category 2023
We were extremely pleased and thrilled to be considered for the 2023 Inspiring Workplaces Awards. The Inspiring Workplaces Group revealed the top 50 exceptional finalists in the EMEA region (UK, Europe, Middle East & Africa) and we are proud to be one of them.
The awards recognised forward-thinking and people-first organisations. The Inspiring Workplaces Awards asked each organisation to submit a case study highlighting one of six elements they felt described each organisation best. Some of these included culture, leadership, inclusion, and well-being.
