Overview

Whether you’re new to rheumatology or needing a refresher, our Core skills course offers key education for all professional groups working in adult, paediatric and adolescent rheumatology.

Across this 2 day course enjoy parallel streams, core interactive lectures and discussion sessions. Update your knowledge and exchange best practice with peers through networking forums.

The content for the course is split into Medical, MDT and Paediatric streams to support the development of vital competencies for all professionals working in adult, paediatric and adolescent rheumatology.

The programme is structured around the patient journey, and covers the rheumatology consultation through to treatment, management and more, helping to keep patient care at the forefront of everything we do. 

Learning objectives:
  • To provide attendees with an in-depth refresher and update of basic core skills for those working within rheumatology
  • To ensure attendees are aware of best practice in examining the musculoskeletal system


The course programme currently is in the planning stage, so the sessions might be different from the ones mentioned in the draft programme. A more detailed programme will be announced soon.
