The content for the course is split into Medical, MDT and Paediatric streams to support the development of vital competencies for all professionals working in adult, paediatric and adolescent rheumatology.

The programme is structured around the patient journey, and covers the rheumatology consultation through to treatment, management and more, helping to keep patient care at the forefront of everything we do. 

Learning objectives:
  • To provide attendees with an in-depth refresher and update of basic core skills for those working within rheumatology
  • To ensure attendees are familiar with biopsychosocial model in holistic management of patients with rheumatic diseases
  • To ensure attendees are aware of best practice in examining the musculoskeletal system
