This course offers need-to-know education in rheumatology for physiotherapists, first contact practitioners, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals. You can expect to expand your knowledge and clinical practice in rheumatology, with sessions covering the essentials needed to deliver top-quality care, that aren't always covered in day-to-day practice.

Learning objectives:

  • To gain knowledge and understanding to improve your clinical practice and learn more about your professional role in your rheumatology team.
  • To have up-to-date, evidence-based knowledge of the role of the AHP with regards to screening, diagnosis and long-term management of rheumatology conditions.
  • To have up-to-date, evidence-based information on hot topics in rheumatology.
