There is no specialist paediatric and adolescent rheumatology centre or full dedicated multidisciplinary paediatric and adolescent rheumatology services in Wales – the only home nation without such a centre.
We, along with Arthritis Care and NRAS, believe children with arthritis in Wales deserve better. We call for a tertiary multidisciplinary paediatric and adolescent rheumatology service to be established in South Wales and an improved provision of services in North Wales.
