  • For those attending online, you will be emailed a link to join the conference a couple of days before the event. The link will be sent to the email address provided when you completed your booking
  • The Annual Conference is taking place as a hybrid event, in Liverpool and online. All delegates will have access to the content on demand via the Swapcard platform for 6 months post event.

Accommodation

  • Liverpool Convention Bureau is delighted to offer secured rates for conference attendees at accommodation providers across the city. Please book your accommodation here. We recommended booking early to ensure you can select your preferred accommodation option. No payment is required at the time of booking. Secure your rooms by credit/debit card guarantee and pay the accommodation provider directly on arrival, alternatively you may arrange pre-payment by requesting a pro-forma invoice where payment must be made 14 days prior to arrival.
