BSR's Clinical Affairs Committee has produced new guidance on triage. Triage has been key in ensuring that clinicians continue to see those patients who need urgent rheumatology input throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
Now, as we move to the recovery phase, we want to share the committee's top tips for improving the triage process. It includes tips on improving the triage process and quality of referrals, ensuring triage is properly resourced and involving both primary care and patients.
