We are proud to announce that we've been placed in the top ten for the 2023 Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces list! The inaugural Top 100 has been made up of organisations across North America, EMEA, and Australasia. The Inspiring Workplaces Group recognises organisations that foster exceptional people-first work environments.
Each organisation was asked to complete an entry form consisting of six key elements it believes are fundamental to creating an Inspiring Workplace. These were Culture and Purpose, Leadership, Wellbeing, Inclusion and Diversity, Communication and Employee Experience. Independent judges ranked entries from every category, from across the globe, and BSR came 10th.
Our Director of People and Resources, Jessica Badley, said:
“This is a huge achievement for us, this is the fourth award we have won in 2023. We made it to the top ten and we’re on the list with some big global organisations including Experian, Aldi, BBC, and more. This is a real testament to how our employees feel about working with us.
It’s also a holistic award, it's not just about wellbeing or inclusion. It covers both of those aspects but also looks at leadership and the level of employee voice across an organisation as well. We felt it was something worth testing our culture and ways of working against.
We want our employees to feel like they have their voices heard and for BSR to be somewhere they feel like they belong. This isn’t all HR-driven, but instead is co-created by our wider team. Everyone is involved and committed and it's something that the whole team is passionate about.”
