BSR Board of Trustees has decided to close the BSR ePROMs (electronic patient recorded outcome measures) portal from 31 July 2024. After this date, no new information can be uploaded by sites.
The decision to close the portal comes after a recent review of the system, which brought to light several factors that have contributed to this outcome.
While the system addressed a pressing need during the pandemic, BSR is aware that many members now have access to alternative systems, meaning interest in ePROMs has declined.
We understand this decision will be disappointing for clinicians and their services. However, we want to assure you that we will continue to support individuals with any technical queries around ePROMs and help manage data on the system until the portal closes later this year.
We will regularly communicate around key milestones in 2024 and provide reminders to ensure you can download and export your site data ahead of the portal closing down.
